Turning Complexity into Opportunity.

JEM Capital Management is a private investment manager that takes concentrated positions in opportunistic and special situations using a skillset forged in distressed experiences.

About Us

Our mission is to compound capital responsibly over the long term.

We seek mispriced opportunities with durable upside, applying a bottom-up fundamental approach informed by years of hands-on work operating and advising distressed businesses. That experience has shaped a simple conviction: while paths to success are numerous and unpredictable, the ways businesses fail tend to be finite and recognizable — and avoiding them is half the discipline.

Our approach is industry-agnostic and cross-capitalization.
